Tam -Awan fest at SM City Baguio

The 15th Tam-Awan International Arts Festival (TIAF) graces SM City Baguio with over fifty works from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
Organized by the Chanum Foundation Incorporated and the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA), the festival is themed: “The Curation Journey: Living Galleries, Telling stories,” aiming to re-define the role of exhibition spaces, to become a form of storytelling and heritage preservation.
The 15th TIAF’s objective is to highlight the importance of gallery curation not only as a display function, but as a form of storytelling and heritage preservation involving the artist, curator and gallery.
The festival is envisioned to become a living gallery fostering an exchange of ideas among curators from all over the Philippines, while emphasizing the importance of a curated exhibition.

Ambolode, Miguel Isiah Diva, Lemuel Blanco, Daniel Dumaguit, Eric B. Ventilacion, Lester Rodriguez, Ronwaldo Dasal, Jan Felix B. Mesa, Fely Alboc-Gabito, Jaz Blanco, Justin Jan Blanco, Jan Blanco, Jan Blanco, Claudio S. The exhibit was curated by Roland Cruz with the Tam awan Village Artist team led by president Ja B.
TIAF15 at SM City Baguio is more than just a gallery show, it is a conversation between artists and viewers, with a renewed sense of community.
Exhibit runs until the 15th Day of October and is done in celebration of Museums and Galleries Month.
