Ibaloy art meaning “simple”, is Eden’s definition of her artworks. They are representation of her native name ‘Ayonna’, from her grandfather’s mother’s name – a woman native from mountain province

Her interest in drawing and painting can be traced back in her early childhood where she first experiment on abstract expressionism but later settled on Tareptipism

Her artworks were exhibited internationally in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Hong Kong, India, Vietnam and her home country, Philippines. She also exhibited her love of murals and woodcarving while she explored the Island of Palawan. Eden hails from La Trinidad, Benguet and from the Ibaloi and Kankane-ey tribe with roots from Bontoc.

Ayonna’s art embodies the creative and colorful side of the fictitious world of imagination, all representing life in differant hues; world of the unseen and complicated human mind. her love of culture and being proud of her ethnicity is undoubtedly eminent in all her artworks.
